Halloween Quilts are my favorite followed by Christmas but making a quilt for any day is a reason to sew.
ReplyDeleteIt would have to be Christmas, but usually not full sized quilts! Mostly runners, mini wall hangings, and mug rugs for gifts!
ReplyDeleteI haven't really made any holiday quilts, more quilts for life events....graduations, baby quilts etc. But Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love this time of year!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't made a quilt big enough to snuggle in but I've made a lot of quilted table runners, placemats, and the such. I always make them Christmas on one side and autumn themed on the other. When you live in a small studio you make sure everything has a dual purpose. I would definitely make a Christmas quilt if I had the room!
ReplyDeleteI've never actually made a holiday themed quilt but I have made Christmas table runners and tree skirts. I have some Halloween themed fabric, but I always think of using it too late!
ReplyDeleteI think I like autumn quilts the most because I love the colors! But Christmas is a lot of fun! Oh, and don't forget patriotic quilts!
ReplyDeleteI guess Christmas because there are so many different decorative items to make. I don't decorate as much for other holidays!

ReplyDeleteIt's a toss up between 4th of July and Christmas. I love how you make a new Christmas quilt every year. I wish I were as steady! lol Usually I start a quilt for the season when I get in the mood of the holiday and then finish it late so it ends up being for the NEXt year, ahead of schedule bwahaha
ReplyDeleteThat would have to be Christmas. The rest pass too quickly.
ReplyDeleteValentine's Day...because that's my birthday!
