Sew'in' Saturday

My Bobbins and Bits quilts from Pat Sloan's Yummy fabrics, also named Bobbins & Bits, looks great on my couch! Even better with me, under it, taking snap! Or just snuggled up to stay warm!

Baby quilt… Done! well, OK I just cut the binding for it.. it will be done tonight…
I traced her name not he quilt, then ran the 12wt Aurifil thread through the top of my machine and sewed slowly over it… cute huh?
I had Beatrice hold up the STAR class sample with the mitered stripe border…
 hehehe... She's back there hiding… 
Must get it quilted now…tick tock!

Besides that… #12 DWR is up on my wall! WAHOO! Ahead of schedule!  
Can I get a YAHOO?!!

  4. I've got a subscription to Modern Quilts and was excited to see your quilt in there!!! Seems medallion quilts are back ~ love it!
    I remembered what my word for the year is ~ productivity and boy have I been! I've got to get on the ball and make a little quilt of with the word on it ~

  8. Hey Vic!! Supa Vid! Thanks for the little how to on tracing letters and the point to go slow, I have to slow myself down when working, slow and steady wins the race! Hey its snowing here now (Chicago) , 1" per hour, will snow all day, so watch out, whatever we get you get 2 days later ; ) Happy Groundhog Day!
