I have still been thinking about COLOR, which I posted about all last week, I have one last question for you all to answer...
When you play a board game, What color do you ALWAYS choose?
Think the game, "SORRY"
are you :
RED
YELLOW
BLUE OR
GREEN.
Which?
I'll draw a winner on Friday (Jan 22,) morning at 8:15 a.m.
***
well, I'm green. always., if someone else hasn't snatched it up.
Unless I play "LIFE" then I am orange...

Have a super sewing day!
I always chose brown in trivial pursuit, on some subconscious level does that make me really boring? I think I do it because no-one else would pick brown! Poor brown : (
ReplyDeleteI've had my eye on this book and would love your extra copy. My favorite color to TAKE is blue. I say take because you have to be quick around here with these guys or your stuck with the yellow!
ReplyDeleteRed = my favorite color - always choose it! Hey, I'm having a give away on my blog too - come enter!
ReplyDeleteGREEN!!! No one else touches green lest they suffer bodily harm. :o) That book is on my "I Want It" list.
ReplyDeleteOH...shared info on my blog for ya
ReplyDeleteI'm green, which is odd, since it's my least likely pick in clothes or quilting. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteWell, as a kid I always wanted blue, but I'm finding now that I'm older it's all about red... my favourite Monopoly piece is the top hat...
ReplyDeleteCheers
Shari
I'm always yellow. My kids know I'm the yellow. they always want to trade around but they know yellow is mine!
ReplyDeleteI always choose blue, it´s my favorite color :)
ReplyDeleteI always pick the red candy (jelly beans, life savers, dots, etc.) but in board games I usually pick blue.
ReplyDeleteah man, you know I would love this...waiting on the library to get their copy!
ReplyDeleteI play Sorry all the time!! Im green. My daughter is blue...although she wishes they had purple for an option!
Thanks for a chance V!
Thanks for a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'm always red...it's usually the first to go so yellow is my back up. Unless, the game has a pink game piece then that's my first choice!
It would be Blue! Thanks for the chance to win Gwen's newest book.
ReplyDeleteI used to alway be blue, but now when we play Candyland Jaxon picks blue, so I go with green!
ReplyDeleteBlue! Always blue. Unless purple is available!
ReplyDeletewith those choices, usually red... but in general I'm partial to purple
ReplyDeleteHi, I am like Tricia who likes red unless pink is available and then that it my first choice! I would love a copy of that book. It is on my want list too. AND, I just love your wonky log cabin. The hidden stars are fab. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI am always green, I love green in everything! thanks for the chance to win the book, it looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI am always my favorite color - green. My husband is always his favorite color - blue. The kids have to select from whatever is left :-).
ReplyDeleteRed for sure!! I always love it, it is closest to pink!! What a great giveaway, this book is also on my list of to buy.
ReplyDeleteThis book is on my wish list. Thank you for the chance to win it.
ReplyDeleteNow for your question: I always pick red. I'm just drawn to that color. If I could I would paint a room in my house red. :oD
Have a great day!
What a great giveaway. That book is on my wish list! For the color, I would choose yellow because it is cheerful and summery and I LOVE summer!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is blue. I love it for all things including game pieces. What a wonderful give away. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteBlue always, unless of course I pick red. Oooo-la-la that book looks good! And I really, really like that red quilt it is pictured on!
ReplyDeleteI like black as a colour, but you would ba a red....right?
ReplyDeleteBlue. It's my favorite color for just about every thing.
ReplyDeleteKathy in FL
Hmmm. We'll I *never* pick green. Usually orange or red. Hardly ever blue. Now you've got me thinking...
ReplyDeleteHi: I'd go for green, second choice red. thanks for the chance to win your extra copy.
ReplyDeleteI always pick blue as my color in games. Always have which really annoyed my sister since i was the youngest and got to pick first and took the color she wanted.
ReplyDeleteRed down to the core.:)
ReplyDeleteGreen or Blue. My favorite color has changed several times over my life - turquoise in childhood, yellow in my teens, neon pink in my 20s, rose in my 30s, black in my 40s, green in my 50s, then red in my late 50s, and now back to navy & turquoise in my 60s. I've worn each color and made quilts & art from it, and each color has healed me.
ReplyDeleteBlue of course...
ReplyDeleteMy whole life I've chosen Red because I have red hair. I especially like being Miss Scarlett in Clue :)
ReplyDeleteBlue, its a favorite always. And, thanks for the giveaway. It would be good for me as I am a rigid quilter. I don't know that I will be suddenly liberated, but maybe a bit more relaxed.
ReplyDeleteI like to be blue, my favorite color
ReplyDeleteAlthough I'd say blue is my favorite color...in the game I would pick RED every time!
ReplyDeleteI always choose blue. I'd love to win your extra copy of Liberated Quiltmaking!
ReplyDeleteIf orange were available, I'd HAVE to have that! But I settle for red! The Marston book would be much loved and appreciated - I actually have never seen it! I do have the first one and I wrote about it in my blog a few months ago as it had a profound imprint on the direction of my quilting!
ReplyDeleteHmm, I'm outnumbered in my household so often take the "girl" color in games where one is available. I'd probably pick red if I had my first choice but yellow works for me as a second choice. Such a cool book, I'd love to win it!
ReplyDeleteI always go with green ~ I love the colour.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn
My first choice is always green, seems like with everything in life. :)
ReplyDeleteIf taken, I go with blue or brown or red.
I have never seen this book before, but it looks great. Thanks for giving it away.
I have recently also ordered more then one copy of the book. Unfortunately it was from the library and the title was "Elementary Statistics for Geographers". Somehow i ordered three copies. Something tells me nobody would be interesting.. :)
I'd love to win Gwen's book! That is one I dont have but would love to own.
ReplyDeleteI usually let everyone choose a color first then take what's leftover. If I got to pick I'd choose RED!
Oh what a beautiful book. I think I need a little "liberation" - I always seem to play by the rules. Help me free myself from the tyranny of patterns!
ReplyDeleteAhem...
I used to pick Yellow all the time. Now it's red... or yellow... or green. But not blue. In Trivial Pursuit, I like orange, just for something different.
I pick red or blue if red is gone....but then I like yellow too. I'm a rainbow girl I guess. Fingers crossed for the book. Thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteAfter just writing you about your red quilts, I think it's a good luck charm that this little prize is photoed on one of your red quilts. Hope I'm lucky!
ReplyDeleteI don't have an always...I change it up depending on my mood!
I would love to win that book. I choose green. what a nice thing for you to do!
ReplyDeleteAlways red, my favorite color. Thanks for the chance to win Gwen's new book. I am a new quilter, started last year and Gwen (and you) are such inspirations.
ReplyDeleteGood question! I never get to choose because the kids have always had their choice before I could even get BLUE out of my mouth. I usually end up being green. Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteRed - The color of Love
ReplyDeleteGotta go with RED- whether it's game pieces, StarBurst, Skittles, t-shirts, lipstick or that special piece of fabric, I'm a red girl all the way!
ReplyDeleteHave not got been able to get a copy of Gwen's book with all it's liberated wonkiness, would do a happy red dance to get one!
This looks like a wonderful book- I have Freddy Moran and her books of Colloborative Quilting- I love looking at the gorgeous colors and would love to own this book. You are going to make someone very happy when you draw their name.
ReplyDeleteI would choose to be the color green- something calm and serene and breathing new life - the color of growth on the earth.
Have a great day.
Regards,
Anna
I always pick green. Blue if green has already been picked. This looks like a great book. I'm going to add it to my Amazon wish list just in case I don't win.
ReplyDeleteWow looks like a great book. I usually choose blue :-) Thanks for sharing your duplicate book.
ReplyDeleteI'm the peace maker. I wait until everyone else picks and get the "leftover". Its usually Yellow. I don't mind though, I like yellow =)
ReplyDeletei like 2 be yellow - bright and sunny and happy :)
ReplyDeleteI go for the yellow. If the green was a different shade, that would be the one I'd want, but I don't like kelly green much. Have always done my christmas cookies with yellow and now in my adulthood, use white....such a nice background color to let the sprinkles take center stage.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win this book, thanks for the giveaway & finger crossed !Green is a lucky colour. Hugs from France
ReplyDeleteI like red, but would choose polka dot if it was offered!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance for the great giveaway!
I'm a GREEN. Second choice is RED.
ReplyDeleteLike you, I always choose orange when it's an option. But of the ones you listed, I guess I'd choose blue.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this great giveaway!
I pretty much always choose blue. I love blue.
ReplyDeleteI most always choose red, but if that's taken, I'll go with green. But, if there is a brown....oh JOY!!! I'm definitely going with brown!
ReplyDeleteGiven that there is no pink, I generally would pick blue. :)
ReplyDeletePlease enter me - I always choose red! Did you order the book on Amazon? Everyone I know who's bought from them recently has mysteriously had two items appear on their order when they only intended to buy one! Sounds sneaky to me but what a good idea to have a giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI don't have an "always" color. We play a lot of scrabble, which is colorless :)
ReplyDeleteI always choose Green, too, so I don't think we would be able to play together like nice little girls!
ReplyDeleteI've always loved red. It's so bright and vibrant. I do believe red is my favorite color. Thanks for offering your extra book. It's very sweet of you.
ReplyDeleteI always choose blue. My mom told me when I was a little girl that blue goes nicely with my eyes.
ReplyDeleteI always choose purple when it's available! If not then blue or sometimes green... or orange...
ReplyDeleteHell I'll pick any colour as long as I get to play lol ;)
I play a LOT of Candyland with my little granddaughters, ages 3 and 5. And I am always the little RED gingerbread boy, because I have red hair and that helps them remember which one is my piece!
ReplyDeleteI'm another who always goes for GREEN ... but, if someone grabs it first, I don't mind and will play with any color as long as I get to play.
ReplyDeleteWell, I am GREEN as well though I don't really recall why. Thanks for the give away!
ReplyDeleteI am red...or I don't play. It's true. Everyone who knows me, knows red is my color. It was my mom's too.
ReplyDeleteI am always RED...as it is my favorite color.... Funny, though, I rarely use red in my quilting :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to have that book - I am always looking for inspiration!
I am True Blue!!! I'd love a chance for the book!
ReplyDeleteI ALWAYS go GREEN! I even WHINE if I don't get it!
ReplyDeleteblue, even is not my favorite color, I always choose it! thanks for the chance to win that book!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is almost always red for me.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic giveaway! Thanks for a chance at winning that great book! I recently found your blog (through another blog when I was wondering around in blogland) and I am so glad I did! You are so creative and I love all your pictures!
I am always green. I eat the green m and m's first and the green lifesavers first. I definately have this connection to green.
ReplyDeleteI like green but my husband always chooses it, so if he's in the game, I take red.
ReplyDeleteDon't put me in the drawing pool, because I already own and LOVE Liberated II!
My sisters always fought for the blue so I grabbed red and have stuck with it.
ReplyDeleteI haven't ordered the book yet...so I'll wait until Friday!
Hi there! I would love to try for this book.
ReplyDeleteWhen I play I love red. I'm a red girl, it's flashy, it's fun.
Thanks!
I am always BLUE! My favorite color is PINK and i can never find a game that has a PINK in it, so I take DH's favorite color instead. Isn't that just bad?!
ReplyDeleteThis giveaway is fantastic! Thanks for having it.
Blue.
ReplyDeleteBut I usually don't have a choice, as everyone else chooses a color, and I take what is left!
As for the book, I'd love a copy! But if my name is not drawn, I hope you will post your thoughts and impressions of the book, as well as anything new that has changed the way you design! You are such an inspiration for me, and I continue to learn so much from visiting your blog every day!
I usually choose blue, but my second choice is yellow. Thank you for sharing the extra copy of Gwen's book, I have not gotten a copy yet.
ReplyDeleteHow generous, you are a grand girl! I would love to own this book. I would always take the red counter, but in monopoly, I always grabbed the little dog!
ReplyDeleteI was going to say the exact same thing as you! But when we play Cranium Hubby and I always go for blue because those are our favourites parts of the game.
ReplyDeletehave to admit I have done this a few times too, ordered the smae book twice, I knew I really wanted it I guess!
ReplyDeleteI haven't ordered the book yet , would lOVE to have the copy thanks!!!!!
I always pick RED!
Kathie
I usually choose Blue!
ReplyDeleteBlue was my 1st choice, 2nd choice red, yellow if I was lucky, but usually ended up with green. I always gave in to others to make them happy. Games with 6 colors I snagged black right away; no one wanted black or orange.
ReplyDeleteGreat givaway!
ReplyDeleteIf black is an option, I choose that. If not, then red.
Now I am going to enjoy more of your blog :o)
Red, glorious red.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. I am partial to BLUE. Would love to win the book....
ReplyDeleteProbably RED, but it really doesn't matter I love all the colors. Having this book would definetly get me outside my box. I am trying but, dang it is hard.
ReplyDeleteYellow, every time! And if I'm playing Manopoly, I always want to be the car! LOL
ReplyDeleteHow lucky is someone going to be because you ordered two books!! You know I love your wonky log cabin. If I have a choice, I am the BLUE player. Thanks Victoria!
ReplyDeleteDang, I'd love to have the book!, if I play I always choose B-L-U-E, I don't know why, it takes my attention!
ReplyDeleteI always try to be "blue," but don't get all whiny if someone has already picked that color. (some people really get their undies in a bunch if they don't get their way!) I think of blue as being very cool, very mellow, very "I don't care if I win or lose, I am just enjoying being in your presence and playing." It's not that I don't like winning, I just like the process and the company, which, I guess, is why I quilt. I just enjoy playing.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite color is orange, but when that is not an option, I take green. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAlways blue, but the 2nd option is someone else has it is green. Thanks for your generous give-away!
ReplyDeleteKat
I always choose green and if that is taken...red or orange hehehe. Love those colors and I find myself having to work against always buying fabric in shades of red, orange and green for my quilting :-)
ReplyDeletePlease enter me in the contest---I would love the book
Monica
RED! I am ALWAYS red even if I have to arm-wrestle someone for it! I would LOVE to have Gwen's new book. I thoroughly enjoy your blog. It's the second one I read each day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful book & fun giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI'm green, but would turn orange!

Blue, Blue and BLUE - always my favourite colour! Thanks for such a good give-away, my fingers are well and truly crossed.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Down Under
Wow, how generous, I'd love to be in it to win!! Now I would always, without fail, pick yellow!! And I have to say that I can get a wee bit snappy if it's already gone. Grandkids think it's hilarious and always wind me up by pinching yellow first. LOL!!
ReplyDeleteLizzie
XXX
Great giveaay; I would love a copy of that book!
ReplyDeleteI pick red.
Blue is me
ReplyDeleteGreen is my favorite color - always choose it. Wonderful book! I would love a copy!
ReplyDeleteI'm fond of this book...I really love it!!!
ReplyDeleteMy color is blue....:)
Grazia
Red! Love it, I'm in a quilting red phase right now--red and white or red and black.
ReplyDeleteHow generous of you to give away this book. I have wanted this book but have not been able to get it yet. So please enter me for a chance to win. As for the color I always choose, green of course! And if someone else gets it first I make them change with me!lol Wish they would make lime green for those games.
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike. I always choose "green". I would love to have any quilting book as I am trying to complete my first quilt.
ReplyDeleteBlue or yellow, which is interesting, because I don't normally like blue and yellow together. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI am yellow and if that is gone i am green, they are just lovely earth colours and we need some earthy colour therapy in our lives as our lives are so busy.
ReplyDeleteHugs
Lois
What a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI always choose yellow - also when I was a child. Yellow brings me luck!
Hugs from Denmark to you :-)
Blue is always my favorite, but I take green if blue is already gone!
ReplyDeleteWow Victoria...while I was busy with my head stuck under my kitchen cabinets cleaning...cleaning....you have just been so busy stitching away...you have some 'good stuff' going on here. I love to have a peek into others stash and know about their colors. As I told you before I have a lot of red in my home and closet, but not a lot of it in my stash. I have lots of blues..greens..pink..and black...I am working on building up my purples.....as for what game pieces I reach for first are usually the 'blue'....dear hubby gets red for it is his favorite color...wow, I believe I would swoon and fall over for your extra Gwen book....I haven't ordered mine yet and if I hadn't stopped to take a break from my "kinda in the mood to clean" I would have missed my chance at a win. Thanks for sharing Victoria!!!
ReplyDeleteIf I get the chance I always grab the green one, my favorite color. If not green, I get red. If I don't I usually end up forgetting what color I am and move other people's game piece. Now that's a short attention span. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt's RED for me......always red......love RED!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your generosity!
Hmmmm interesting question - I've never had a certain color. Doesn't actually bother me at all which one I use! In all honesty I just take whichever one the kids don't want, just to save fights, because they, unlike me, are very particular over the color! I think I usually end up with yellow!
ReplyDeleteI always try and get the red one - if its gone then I'll take green. Great looking book, I'd love to win a copy!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE this book. I am always red. So is my truck. Can't get enough red!
ReplyDeleteSusan in Iowa
ReplyDeleteomabluebird@gmail.com
I am always blue. I want everything to be blue. I have only owned one blue car seems like they always end up being brown or red.
I always pick blue. I've got the book on my 'Got to Have' list.
ReplyDeleteRed. As a child I wore red shoes, red ruffled panties, red bows and it didn't matter if it matched anything. I am sitting in my family room looking at my red leather chair and a red hutch. Red, always red. Thanks for the give away! Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteDeborah
Oooh, that book is on my wishlist- thanks for offering such a great giveaway. What color I choose and what color I get are 2 totally different matters... I always choose red (or pink in Trivial Pursuit, I think? I remember there being a pink one.) However, when I play with my family I get whatever is leftover after my daughter choose- which usually ends up being blue. No matter, though- I would much rather keep my control of color selection for my quilts and clothes!
ReplyDeleteI love to be blue!! Unless its Monopoly and then I have to be the shoe....
ReplyDeletegreat book! Thanks for the opportunity to enter
SheilaC
Green - always green. Thanks for a chance in your fun giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI am blue, it matches my eyes...
ReplyDeleteDefinitely always green. :) Fun question!
ReplyDeleteI have to say I always go for red, I hope it is like a red sports car and zoom me around the board to win! Please enter me in the contest for the book, I've been looking at that and would love to try some of the quilts!
ReplyDeleteChar S.
Cute question. But, you didn't give orange for a choice! My first choice is orange and from the four choices you gave, definitely yellow. Thanks for counting me in.
ReplyDeleteI'm always blue, please and thankyou. And I soooooooooooo want that book!
ReplyDeleteThanks for being so generous :).
Green, green, green, unless it's Red!
ReplyDeleteI always head for the red piece, after that it doesn't matter. Okay, maybe it does, so green, or yellow, or blue.
ReplyDeleteAlways red. My daughter always gets green.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a great giveaway!
I, too, have always chosen GREEN since about birth. Lately, I've been trying to branch out and try new colors, but I find myself reaching for the GREEN. Old habits die hard, and green is just so darned PRETTY! The book would be a great addition to my quilting library, if I am so lucky.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely blue although I have not made many blue quilts although the stash is full of blue. Very weird.
ReplyDeleteGreen for sure! I am new to sewing and want so badly to make a quilt...we will see how that goes!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely blue first and if that is gone then green. Thank you for embracing color! Your blog is so lively to read.
ReplyDeleteMEK
Always a red! Flamboyant I am.
ReplyDeleteI choose green because it matches my eyes. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteT
I'm a red girl at Monopoly. Like to stand out. And I'd really love this book.. fingers crossed now
ReplyDeletered is my color..pls enter my name in the draw ...i would love to have a copy of the book.thanx
ReplyDeleteMy choice of color is RED! Thank you for the chance to win this book :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I play a board game I always choose red whereas when it comes to select fabric for a quilt I mostly end up with green.
ReplyDeletewhooo I,m a BLUE colour person but you know Green is so oftrn featured in my quilts - perfect matches - hope I,m the winner......
ReplyDeletewow you are very kind to be giving away a book. Love reading your blog, thank you for sharing. I love to be red when playing a board game. Happy Stitching
ReplyDeleteIt would have to be green and the game of the moment is Blockus.
ReplyDeleteBlmey V - 149 comments!

I'd love to have a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI'm also a green. Unless there's orange. :)
RED RED RED RED RED!!!!
ReplyDeleteoooh, i would love this book! i would choose blue, but the kids always get to choose first, so i would probably end up with what's left.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway opportunity. I'd love to have that book!
ReplyDeleteI always pick blue if I can:)
Usually we let the kids choose first, or someone else always beats me to it. I think I would chose red if I got a choice, but I usually wind up with green. Our library doesn't have LQ1 so I haven't gotten a chance to see either book.
ReplyDeleteYellow is the game piece I always go for - sunny disposition I guess! Gwen Marston's book is on the TOP of my list for when "my ship comes in."
ReplyDeleteDeb from DE
ddr1952@hotmail.com
I don't know the game "sorry" but if I chose a game piece, it would be red. I'd die of delight if I won the book, not one I have but one I'll have to get. Thanks for he chance.
ReplyDeleteI dont play many games, but I do eat M&M's. And the whole family knows that the green ones are MINE! So I guess I would have to say Im GREEN.
ReplyDeleteA am always blue, which is how I'll feel if I don't win this book!
ReplyDeleteI always pick blue as purple is usually not an option!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win the book! I haven't played board games in a while, but I'd pick blue as my first choice. Although, I don't really like the blue M-n-Ms...there I have to go with yellow :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm usually green, orange, then yellow come after that. Great giveaway--and I LOVE the wonky quilt!
ReplyDeleteAs a mom I always picked the color no one else wants. Which is usually yellow.
ReplyDeleteRed. On Monopoly I am always, or try to be, the top hat! I love it. And I always try to own the purple property.
ReplyDeleteI love the yellow.
ReplyDeleteIn monopoly, its always the thimble. The family knows it and they know they have to leave it for me. Ha!
I choose red or yellow always - they are so happy! I would love the Gwen Marston book because I've heard so many quilters totally enthralled by her methods and the lady herself, I am very curious to see why...
ReplyDeleteI always choose green too. Blue runs a close second. If I play Monopoly I always choose the shoe! I have not ordered this book yet. I will keep my fingers crossed!! Thanks for the giveaway!!!!
ReplyDeleteI like blue!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win such a great book! I love LQ1 and know that #2 will be as wonderful. I always pick the red game piece first. Second and third choices are orange and yellow. Black will do if necessary as fourth choice.
ReplyDeleteI would love the book! Liberated is definitely the way to quilt.
ReplyDeleteAs far as colors go, I don't really play board games. In clothes I choose black. In chocolate I choose milk. In most other things I chose orange.
Oh....I usually pick green for my "man"! I used to always pick blue, but now that I'm grown up I've started picking green! If green and blue are taken, I'll pick yellow because it's a happy color. However, if it's a new game and the colors are especially lovely....hmmmm...then I have fun choosing the color!:)
ReplyDeleteI would love, love, love Gwen's new book. It would be a dream come true!
Take care,
Sally
RED for sure! Please enter me in the drawing, thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'm red, definatly but not only in ganes, clothing as well
ReplyDeleteso great that you give one of your books and I would be more than pleased to get this double copy
thanks
Wow, great book! I always choose red instinctively.
ReplyDeleteI'm blue, unless I'm yellow.
ReplyDeleteM copy of Liberated arrived yesterday whoohoo! It's amazing. So no drawing for me, but RED. That's my color in Sorry, crib, any game. So is it any wonder that when I moved and organized my fabric I had 2 bins of red?
ReplyDeleteHey there, i always choose orange, green or purple depending on game and what's available. Orange wins always between the three. Have a great day....marcus
ReplyDelete( gannml@yahoo.com )
woohooo! slut puppy red! I always choose red, I love that color. I use alot of it in my quilts. in fact I am making a new quilt in red and white using the traditional snowball pattern. Im adding a little orange (second choice) to spice it up!
ReplyDelete(mauh) Liz
I usually choose blue. I just signed up with the NYC Metro Mod Quilters and saw your blog. Thanks for hosting such a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI've accidentally ordered two books before, too. lol It's so frustrating - but great for us! I always pick yellow. I do enjoy yellow, but I mostly started picking it because no one else ever wanted it - that's the last color that the kids would choose. So I pick it.
ReplyDeleteI don't always pick a certain color. I usually let the others choose first. But I tend to pick yellow or green; maybe because they like red or blue?
ReplyDeleteThanks for this opportunity to play!
Deb
Green - always green - doesn't matter what the game is!
ReplyDeleteAnd the iron for Monopoly!
Oh me please, I asked Santa for a copy of this book but..... he didn't bring it.
ReplyDeleteI always choose red and it is my favorite color it always lifts my mood no matter what!
art1955200@yahooco
Blue blue blue blue...gotta have the blue! and I am one of seven siblings so I use to go crazy if I didn't get the blue!
ReplyDeleteIt took me about 5 years of quilting and piecing before I used a color other than BLUE.....truly I love--- B L U E :0)
thanks for a chance to win :0)
Happy sewing
I choose yellow - its so bright and cheery. The book looks great.
ReplyDeleteSue

ReplyDeleteThank you for the give-away. What a wonderful book to look forward to! I want to make a quilt that is liberated, but due to deadlines the quilt would have to be started mid June. I really like the color green. It's the one I pick in Chutes and Ladders. My second choice would be red.
ReplyDeleteI always want to pick blue when playing a game. Would love to get a copy of that book!
ReplyDeleteRED, RED, Red, it is my favorite colour.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this kind offer. I would love to win the book.I have several of hers but not the original liberated one. I have to drool over the one at the library ever so often. So if I won this one I would haven't to travel to see it!
ReplyDeleteI always choose yellow. Don't really have a reason for that tho. Will have to ponder on that.
Thank you for the offer and generosity,
Rondi
