Night out. NYC, Quilts & Friends

NYC was to have  a BIG rain storm.. so many stayed home...
Although a good amount of my dear friends came.
It's always good to chat with quilty friends...

We decided that it was a kinetic art show... with the windows open,
the quilts floated
gracefully in the breeze...

Boo was in charge of photos...
(I didn't get a whole lot of pics)

She made for a good interpreter for me though!
It was a lovely night. Thank you pals for showing up to support...(me, Aleeda and Andrea)
the show is up for a month, many of you others will float in and out...

It is so NICE to see the quilts all up on the wall at once... Here's a few of them...
How often do you get to see them like that!

Best of all,
I got NEWS to do a very large commission project, I'm so excited...
more details to follow on that!

Even my "QUILT MOM" came out to support. Thank you Helen!
(Enjoy your raspberry Jelly, Wink!)

  7. Your quilts look so beautiful in the gallery.
They are building a station closer to us, so someday I can take the train into the city. We did it by car once, and that is not fun.
