Sunday fun!

Three of the gals from one of my DWR(double wedding ring)  classes, a week or so ago, have their pieces together to show! Aren't they fun! Michele, Betsy and Lori! Well done!!! Woot Woot!

SUNDAY PLAY!

Today I ran another 15 Minutes of PLAY class here in my home classroom... Fabric was flying!!!
A great bunch of ladies, trying new skills and talking about inspiration!

Mini dresden's, Shoo fly, Large Dresden's Hexagon, Lemoyne stars, DWR, you name it, it was happening today! Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Really loving Betty's Dresden, there on the left...

Even the poochies got into the act...
(of course)
They made fabric fly, too!

Three of the ladies were from Australia! They are on a 23 day tour around the US, and when they left, a few AU goodies appeared! ;-) I particularly love the Kangaroo crossing sing... hahaha!
Thanks Kirsty, Trish, and Pam! SAFE TRAVELS!!!
Barbara, Well done, see you again soon!
Karen, Happy Birthday!
Betty, So nice to see you again! Keep on playing!

A great day was had by all!
Me too! YAY!!!

  1. Such fun!! I used your method in working on the Chuppah blocks for my dear Julie of jaybird quilts. Loved the way the triangles came out! Thanks for such a wonderful book.

  2. the wedding rings look so different to each other very nice and love the dresden plate piece. How good to have managed to have a class with you whilst visiting from Australia, lucky ladies.

  3. Those poochies are too cute!
Hmmm, haven't used that Dresden wedge in a while, and there's a pile of scraps here. I could clean up and put them away, or I could play...
