bday quilt!!

The day and unveiling has arrived! Beatrice rcvd her "Beatrice Quilt!"   I got  a big thumbs up and loads of hugs and kisses....It quickly came off the wall, and made the grand march to the kitchen table! ;-)

I made this quilt using YOUPATCH.com program...  The quilt measures 80" X 80"



I can't believe how fast it goes...  1-14 in a blink of an eye...It is so not fair... LOL...
Seems like yesterday we were joking around pushing her in a stroller, & now, finals and prep for High School in the fall... sigh.

Happy Birthday, my sweet Daughter. You are truly the light in my life...

    They do grow up fast. I love the smile on her face and that photo with her and the quilt is a keeper.
    I have done that with my photoshop program for other things, but have never tried it in a quilt.
    I still have to finish the one I started with my self portrait, lol.

    The quilt is fantastic! It is bigger than it looked in previous pictures. The size is wonderful! I am so glad you were able to get it finished despite your finger issue. Happy Birthday to Beatrice!

    Hurrah! So excited that she loved it and was surprised! I love that you could blog about it for months and she still didn't know! She looks so happy and beautiful, it's nice that something mama made can still make her this happy. Good for you - and her! Enjoy.

    I am trying to get caught up after being gone for a bit, but sending birthday wishes to your beautiful daughter. I thought she was on the tall side until I saw her in the pics on FB with her friends, now I think she's a peanut. Time moves swiftly, as I reminisce on my own being 41 this year - yikes!!
