Call for Help.

Today I sent off the special boy quilt for a friends 5 year old nephew who has Leukemia. I hope he will find some joy wrapped up in it!  And now I have another request...

CALL FOR HELP.

My very dear friend Michele, shared with me that her best friend, Susan, who was just here a couple weeks ago, was feeling very sick out of the blue. She went in a week and half ago to see what was up, and she was very quickly put in the hospital and diagnosed with a aggressive form of Leukemia, and is now looking for a bone marrow donor. It's all very sudden and sad.

I'm asking for 12.5" unfinished blocks
of ANY DESIGN , any prints and/or solids
 ( makes no difference)
in a coral/turquoise/white/peach and light yellow palette.

I would need these blocks AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... (like by next week...)
I need 22 blocks.. I already have one and Michele is making one...

Please leave a comment if you can commit to sending me a block.
The sooner I can get this out, the better...

Thank you all for your support. It means a lot to Michele and myself.

This is only the block I made.. You can use your own design... I would like them all different.

I now have enough blocks for Susan's quilt. Thank you!

  1. Hi Victoria!
It just happens that I bought a charm pack of solids that includes all of these colors!
So--I can certainly do a block in solids. Is that ok? If so, please reply to my email: toni@tbgnetworks.com and I'll be abe to mail it out by Monday morning.
Sending good thoughts to your friend or an excellent outcome.

  7. I will do a block. Let me make sure I understand this correctly, any kind of block as long as those colors are used and the correct size? Or is it to be like the block shown? Sorry, just want to make sure I get it correct! Will mail out by Monday.
