Turning dresden points outside... ;-)
Glorious color happening in my garden too... The Hollyhocks are blooming like crazy... Then I walked around to my garden and saw a scene out of "Caddy Shack"...
My onions and beets were disappearing down HOLES! Darn voles are back , munching away on them all, and pulling them straight down into their tunnels! Just the tops were sticking out... So I went and pulled all my onions, even though they are not full grown... I guess I will be finding some yummy recipe to use all these onions up... Chutney? relish? soup? freeze them? hmmmm. Got one to share?
Then I look up, and talk about pesky garden beasts! A deer right up against the deer fence... So cute, but stay out of my garden, Buster! Deer here, practically laugh at my dogs when they run up to bark at them... Makes my dogs crazy when they can't scare them off! Ha ha!
That's what's cooking over here... Ah! ...and a few rain drops to add to the humidity!
How is it, over yonder?
The same here, hot and humid, but the rain was nice, hopefully we will get more. There is the art show in Wickford this weekend, really wanted to go but too hot to be walking around.
