Playing with Drunkard Path blocks... I had some BRIGHT HOT pinks out the other day,
as I had Babies on my brain... No, I'm not sharing any big news, I'm not having a baby... LOL! One's enough for me! So,where was I,
Oh yes, PINK! There's a new baby girl on this earth, so I was playing around with PINK. They looked so bright and Fun on a rainy dreary day, so i thought, what the heck... here it goes...
Lay your plastic mat over the top, and roll it through the cutter
And Walla! You can instantly lay out your pieces, and play with them to make so many different layouts with this pattern. I have been obsessed with a pattern at the local french restaurant's tile floor, so this is what I came up with....
I cut out a few more and laid out another block in the opposite pattern.... BLUE on the inside... instead of PINK on the inside...
I selected about 5-6 different PINKS to use, and also Tonya Whalen's
Blue Marilyn Floral, DOLCE line...
I love how scrappy it feels without putting to much effort into it!
You can arrange these in so many different ways
You to can have a BABY GO CUTTER just in time for XMAS!

ReplyDeleteI am thankful for the continued health of my family. IN October my 80 year old mother fell on a pyrex plate and cut her wrist severing the artery in 3 places. She was babysitting my 3 month old great nephew and another 6 year old girl that day. When she called my nephew to come get the baby and take her for stitches she never indicated the severity of the accident. When Thad arrived, saw her sitting in the kitchen rocking the baby in his car seat with her foot, calming the 6 year old down, her shoelace tied around her arm to stop the blood flow, he called an ambulance. The EMTs said it was lucky he got there as soon as he did, As it was as soon as he got there she told him the baby needed a bottle and passed out. She ended up needing 3 transfusions. Then in November we welcomed a new bride, her 4 year old daughter from another marriage and a newborn great nephew. Life is good. I am thankful for everything today!
