NYC METRO MOD QUILTERS
Our meeting Saturday was so much fun! Every one was in fine form!
A few things we do each month, are a swap table...
Amazingly nearly EVERYTHING on this table went to a new owner...
One man's junk is another man's treasure!
This was our guild group block challenge. We used the Highly anticipated MICHAEL MILLER COTTON COUTURE line of solids, Now we need to set these into a quilt...Love the weight of these cottons!!
We have TWO quilt bee's running within our guild. here's one set of blocks, and below is another set.
Of course we had some great Show and tell! The guys really had some beauties to show this time! David with his "Xmas panel cut up" quilts.
Here's John's Red and white twist ona drunkards path... adding HST's to the corners of each block
Here's Luke showing two of his great quilts... This was a mix of Kanye and jayZ
and, One of Luke's Self Portrait quilts.
You can see a whole bunch more of our Show and tell at NYC MOD BLOG.
So love the drunkard quilt!
