Today I got my Santa & Friends" quilt back from Shelly at Prairiemoon quilts, so I immediately machine bound my binding. This will be a quilt that will get used in our house a lot... So I prefer machine binding quits that get washed often.
Hubby and I snuck out for a walk tonight, as it's insanely warm out here in NYC. We live near Bryant park, so we snuck over for some apple cider, and do a little holiday shopping and siteseeing! Even when you live here, you are a tourist! The city changes so fast.
NYC at Christmas is the best time to be here. Magical!
Here is "Patience" decked out in his holiday garb. "Fortitude" was also holiday dressed at the NYC public library. Handsome fellows!
Michael and I, checking out the Lord & Taylor holiday windows. A lovely evening!
I'll be sharing many of my Christmas quilts, the next couple weeks. :-) Thought I'd share my newest one first! Ho Ho Ho!
I have flown over NYC at night, but never visited, so I love your posts of the sights of the city. Thank you for sharing. Love the humor in your quilts. Happy Holidays to you and your family from Lincoln, Nebraska!
