Bloggers Quilt Festival

Reflect Upon Your Blessings ~ Victoria Findlay Wolfe 24" X 60" Bumble Beans Inc.

GOOD NEWS!
I'm excited to share that my quilt , "Reflect Upon Your Blessings" has been accepted into the
"Dinner at eight" exhibit in Houston!  This had been a project I had been meaning to make for ages, and finally came to fruition when the theme "Reflections" was announced for this exhibit.  I try to focus each day on the good things in my life, and the lovely people around me, of which there are many! This is a quilt that relates to that, and also that idea of dropping a stone in the water, light dancing on water, color, texture and vibrance... ALL IS GOOD.

It feels quite SCRAPPY to me, as well... Scrappy Category?

I feel like a lucky girl to be included in such amazing artists!!

Pop over and see what they have done in the past! Last years exhibit was pretty amazing!
The full list of artists involved in the exhibit is also listed...

  1. What a clever idea! I love it! I wish I could figure out how you get these things to match up so perfectly. That stops me from being able complete so many of my good ideas.

  7. Ah, you've done it again. It's a brilliant quilt. Beautiful, happy, scrappy, deceptively simple, but very, very clever

  8. This is so beautiful! I want to learn how to piece all those lovely scraps together like you do. No such thing as "too scrappy."
