Atlanta, Georgia
I was very excited to go to Atlanta, as I had never been. I got to see friends I had not seen in a long while and even a few I only new through blogs! Shannon spotted me and yelled VICTORIA! I look up and I nearly bounded over and gave her a hug but recalled she just rolled her truck! And still in a bit of pain! Yes, Shannon from PiecefulKwilter! Nothing keeps this girl down! ;-) Shannon quilted, KWILTED ;-) two quilts in my book. "True North", and "Flowers in Elda's Garden."

Above is Mary Ann who has participated in many of the challenges on my 15 Minutes PLAY website! She brought along a few of the challenges, and her awesome silk steam punk jacket... She made some big beautiful Made fabric pieces in the class. I love meting the bloggers who play along!
Then I also do a "Quilt Walk" talking about the 13 Quilts from my book, that have been traveling with the EXPO for a year. So, after taking the class many peeps came along to hear more about my process, and how quilts come to be. Also to see the fun quilts of a few contributors to the book as well! We can "I SPY" Nifty's "Crazy Scraps", and Bonnie's,(the scrappy Bee) "Staccato", and the collaboration of Tonya (lazygal)and I's "Starburst," way down on the end center-ish! It was a very fun show!
Always check my calendar... maybe I will be coming to your area!
Now, I must get back to getting this place into shape! FUN ahead!
