What am I doing today??
Finishing this!

Have you used Cherrywood fabrics?

  1. Yes, I made a Cherrywood picnic blanket from a French General inspired pattern. The CW FQs were a little to small so I had to improvise but it travels with me in my car to concerts on the green!

  2. I've seen the fabric... luscious color and good hand! I like your quilting on that piece!!!!

Thanks for drawing my name and thanks to Marie for providing the book! This series carried me through a very difficult year last year and has a special place in my heart.

I had moved away from my 20+ year home to Ohio, where I found my very own Cobbled Court. Yes, there really are stores like the one in Marie's books. I've moved again (across country in Washington State) and yet again, found my Cobbled Court.

    Thanks so much!

  3. Oh look at the quilting you are doing! How beautiful! I have some Cherrywood fabric that I pet and just can't cut into!
    This quilt is looking fabulous!

    Happy Sewing

  4. Wow, look at that quilting, you go girl! You get better every day! Love the continuous curve, one of my fav designs.

  5. Yes, I have had a lasting love affair with Cherrywoods. Just about to start another quilt with some I got in Paducah. But I would like to know what is this dark background color here. I do not have it, and I want it!!!

Hi! Thanks for leaving me a comment!
