Bon Voyage!

I'm packed and ready to go! Friends are coming to stay here for a weeks vacation here in NYC to watch the pooches.... Got the loft all set for them, and  I cleaned my studio, so it will be ready for me when I get home!  I'm so ready to put up my feet. 

But before I completely walked away from my machine, I whipped up a new pillow since I had some new Fabrics to play with from Pat Sloan... I used the Quilted Texture Sandhut Sandcastleby MODA for the setting fabric. You can buy it in Pat's shop.


I also have a great piece with STARS on it, also by Moda... fun to play with a new fabric! Thanks Pat!

Gotta go get my toes done...  (very important stuff!)      Toodles!   See ya in a week!

Hoping I won't be green!

    Love it...Gone fishing...Have a most fantastic time. I am sure you will be wonderfully rested. Hopefully you also have a sketch book for all the ideas that you will dream up while sailing away. Hunger Games with B on your return...smiles.

    Toes gotta' be done for a cruise. Great pillow with
    Pat's fabric.....do you remember where you got the orange fabrics you used for the petals?????? Hum.....

    have a great time. We will be on a cruise at the end of April. I plan to veg out all week. Just bought a new bathing suit tonight in fact.

    And I hope you won't be green either. Just think about some new quilting project if you even begin to feel green and before you know it, you'll be "in the pink"!
