Blogger's BOM

Having a blast cutting up shirts to make these blocks for Jackie's Blogger Block of the Month!  Have you been looking through all the blocks at Flickr?  So much fun to see them in so many different fabrics. There are some great color combos going on!  go check it out!
Pat's Block instructions are up... They went together so fast! Love that!

Thinking up New years thoughts to LOOK forward too... I'm thinking FOCUS will be a good one for 2012... SHARE, will be another good word to FOCUS on... My daughter is born year of the dragon, I'm excited to see what HER year will bring!  Are you thinking up New years resolutions? Or Goals for 2012?

    Yours looks great. Love the striped shirt-look you are making. I had a blast making this block as well. Such a great addition to the others

    So far my goals for 2012 all begin with "S" as in Serenity, Simplicity , and Sewing Silks....but there is more to come

    GREAT blocks! I am looking forward to New Year's... I have a lot of adventures ahead of me, so I am challenging myself to go outside my comfort zone in the coming year.

    Those blocks look great! And yeah, my big thought for 2012 is 'Get Organized!'.....My sewing room is....why isn't the rest of the house!?! lol

    Love those shirtings! Must try some - maybe that's on my horizon for 2012! But my word for the year is easy, Gratitude. Hubby just totalled the car, and somehow nobody got hurt. Really humbling, you know?

    Love your blocks! They work well together. Not sure what my new year's resolutions will be. Hoping to find something I will really do and stick with instead of an empty whim. Happy New Year!!

    Cool blocks!

    "Focus" was my word for 2010. I can't remember last year's word because I kept the Focus sign on the bulletin board above my work table. I still needed it ;)

    I like the idea of Focus as a word for 2012...I am thinking maybe useitup, can that be one word?
