Cloud 9 Quilt done

Thank you to Bonnie for sashing the CLOUD 9 Challenge quilt blocks!  This quilt top is being sent off to be quilted for BASICS.

You may recall the Challenge Pat and I did for blocks here. Cloud 9 Fabrics generously donated fabrics so that one more quilt could be made for BASICS.

  2. I'm wondering if you might raffle this quilt off to donate the money to Basics. Just a thought, because it could be because of the nature of who made these squares and the artistry of them that there are people who would pay a pretty penny for the quilt.

  3. It's a good idea for BASICS to do, I can't do it personally because my business is not set up to handle raffles... But I can ask BASICS if they can, and perhaps figure a way out to do that.... Meeting with them next week. ;-) thanks Sara!

  4. That quilt is gorgeous!! I agree with Sara that the quilt might raise some tidy funds for BASICS. I am so honored that my little block is in that quilt. All the blocks look absolutely awesome together!!!!!!!

  5. I really am quite amazed at how it came out - in a very 'artsy' type palette of colors... not your average quilt at all... very contemporary... (and I love love seeing my block in there - it was the first block I ever designed - can't wait to do another!)
