Congrats on the finish! <BR/>As far as the color bleeding, I would use a color catcher (you can even use a plain white washcloth) but what I highly recommend is washing the quilt with Synthropol. It's a special soap used for washing hand-dyes and it floats the extra dye out and helps prevent it from 'sticking' to other fabrics in the quilt. I use it to pre-wash all my fabrics now. It's not real cheap, but well worth it.
